Jeffrey Ehrlich and Ehrlich Law Firm, APC retained to defend $332 million judgment against Monsanto

The trial team in Dennis v. Monsanto has retained Jeffrey Ehrlich and the Ehrlich Law Firm, APC to handle the appeal of a $332 million judgment obtained in San Diego County Superior Court against the Monsanto Company. The jury found that Monsanto’s Roundup weed killer caused Michael Dennis to develop cancer, and that Monsanto knew of the carcinogenic risks of Roundup but concealed this information from the public to protect Roundup sales.
